Sorry to be a little doubtful here, but does force-closing all apps really help the battery charge that much more quickly? Are there any studies showing this?

I would also wonder if the process of the system wanting to re-open apps (because Android wants to keep RAM full) and then your app force-closing them again would set up an endless loop that would offset any battery savings.
