BEST or FAV Sync Apps?

Looking for your favorite Sync App to sync certain folders from the Android to the PC.
I will be using local sync (Either FTP, SSH, or UNC) to sync to my PC.
Stability first, and a nice GUI and a 'Sync Now' widget would be a nice bonus.

I've tried a few, but had pretty poor impressions.

Open to any suggestions. Thanks in advance!

I've been pretty disappointed with sync apps too. I'm interested in limited syncing, that is, I want to sync all my latest photos, videos, GPS track logs, etc. Notice, I said latest. Most sync apps and especially those that use Dropbox will resync files that you moved from your PC's Dropbox to a more permanent place. I just want the latest unsynced files to be synced.

Anyway, I haven't found anything to do that. I went with a much simpler solution (for me, at least, since I'm a programmer). I connect my Thunderbolt to my PC. I then run a simple Python script I wrote that pulls all the newest photos, videos and other files I tell it to, to my PC.

I know this probably isn't the answer you were looking for, but there just wasn't anything that was customizable in the way I wanted it, so I came up with my own solution.
