I'm a spanish Android developer. I've recently published my first application in the Android Market. It's a new concept never seen in mobile platforms. I hope you find it interesting and useful.

Here is the application description:

How about having a widget that predicts the applications and contacts that you are going to need in any moment of time?

Nidrico, a new Spanish company whose main activity is the development of innovative applications for Android, has created Shortcutter, a widget which does just that. As part of the An'Brain Intelligent Application Suite it makes your life easier, simple as that.

The widget makes an overview of the context in which you use your applications and contacts to suggest you just the application you need the next time you are in a similar situation. In order to make the suggestions accurate, the current time, the day of the week as well as your location are taken into account.

When you're at home you don?t use your phone the same way as when you're at work or at the bar. You often use different groups of applications and contacts. Therefore, the widget is constantly adapting to your needs depending on the time and place where you are.

You will not have to worry anymore about rearranging your "desktop", adding and removing shortcuts. The widget will keep everything in order without having you to worry about it.

Try the Lite version for free. This version will suggest you which applications you need at any given moment, and if you like you can upgrade to the full version which extends to your contacts, and lets you manage a blacklist to prevent showing certain elements.

We?ve published the new An?Brain update version 1.1.2 in the Android Market.

Something that many users have asked us has been to be able to delete the icon in the notification bar. An?Brain requires to keep always running in the foreground a service that controls when launching applications. Because of this, it?s impossible to remove the icon without affecting performance, so we decided to set the transparency to 50% in order that taking a quick look at the notification bar will not confuse you with the real new notifications.

This update adds a new module called "Clean Assistant. With this module, you can see a list of installed applications that you don?t use.In the An?Brain?s full version you can launch the uninstaller right from the module. (More options holding the application row for a few seconds)

We?ve redesigned the look & feel, we?ve removed some permissions from the Lite version that are not needed and some alerts messages have been added to display useful information.

We?ve also fixed the "Force close" bug that some users have report in their commets when rating the app with one star. An?Brain works properly on CDMA networks phones without errors. Thanks to Zach for all his help and time.

What?s next?
- Multiple widget sizes and graphic customization.
- Data backup in the Google?s cloud.
- App usage stats.
- Be able to set the apps you don?t want to be displayed inside Shortcutter Lite & full.
