2016 Ford C-Max with Sync 3 on the latest version (2.2). I enabled AA on the head unit and plugged in my T-Mobile Galaxy S6. The phone says AA is connected and the head unit will show it as a source for 1-2 seconds then go away. I unplug the phone and plug it back in and get the same results. Does it with a couple of cables.
Any thoughts on troubleshooting steps? I don't have any other USB devices connected to the car.

These issues are frequently cable related. I know you said you've tried a couple of cables, but have you tried the original Samsung cable that came with the phone? Are the connectors on the ends worn, or pins slightly bent? Perhaps try a new, high quality cable...

switch to a different cable, AA is very sensitive to cable choice. I have two nice quality Scosche cables, AA will not work with either
