So I'm doing this thing called Veganuary. Going by the title, vegan for the month of January. I'll probably stay mostly plant based afterwards and not be overly stressed if I don't.

So I thought I'd share some of the more interesting food I had. Of course, this is just some of it. I'm eating more healthy.
