Stress is an inevitable part in our normal life.But how to reduce stress is concerned by many people. Please let me introduce you some ways to reduce stress:
First, we must strengthen our self, to develop and maintain habits of open-minded,cheerful,
and always pay attention and adjust to their feelings of pleasure, remember: even you feel bad, the sun will come out and flowers will still open anyway.
Second, the treatment of grades, not too serious, not too concerned about being judged,
as long as the effort will pay off.
Third, arrangements for a certain time each day to do two deep breaths, each for ten minutes.
Fourth, listen to some light music.
Fifth, make friends is a good way to hep you reduce the stress. You can gather a couple of friends after work to drink tea and chat, chat on the ground, both physically and mentally relaxed, and this would help you enlarge social experience, Some of their things too hard, or unresolved emotional problems and difficulties, and friends can help you out of ideas.
