For starters, price. Such a device would cost well upwards of $1000 (probably double).

Second, even with a battery that large, it would be deleted in no time flat. Thermals would also be a critical issue and the device would throttle like crazy!

Of course, there's also the issue of some things just simply not being available - 6.2" 4k AMOLED display, 1TB storage that would fit into a phone, etc.

I based the 6.2" on the minimum size that I think could accommodate all the components and be less than 11 mm thick (or 13 mm thick if curved back). Thermals might make it larger. And yeah, I'm expecting it wouldn't be a cheap phone. :)
