S5-Out of storage. Shows 11Gb 'Used Space' but almost nothing installed

My S5 started showing 'out of storage' errors recently. Many apps won't work now due to storage issues. However there is almost nothing on this phone. I only have about 10 apps installed and they are all very small. NO pictures, NO video's etc. I've used several PlayStore apps to analyze storage and NONE of them including the built in storage app shows what is using the space. List of all installed apps shows MAX of about 1Gig in use, of 16G, yet storage graphs show 4G system and 11G in use. Something is using the remaining 7G after the system and I can't find it. Phone is useless without clean up of space.

Welcome to Android Central! Did you mean to post this in the Android L Developer Preview forum? I think you would get better answers if it were in the S5 forum.
