I'm gonna say that's a big fat no.

1. Practically no one in the US has ever heard of the Lion candy bar....they'd pick something well known around the world like they did with Kit Kat.
2. It sounds too close to one of Apple's OS names.

I agree, Lollipop makes the most sense. Personally I didn't like that they went with a branded candy/dessert with Kitkat, regardless of its notoriety. I like them keeping with generic candy/dessert names. Maybe Marzipan for the next one?

BTW, Lion IS the name of MacOS X version 10.7. The current is OSX 10.9 Mavericks. But all previous OSX codenames were big cats.
