Is it possible to download pictures from Sprint Epic 4G to my computer?

You mean pictures taken with the camera or snapshots ("printscreens") of the phone? If you are referring to the camera pictures, then yes, just download the appropriate drivers from Samsung and connect the phone via USB.

If referring to snapshots, then yes, except you will need to be rooted for it to work. You can try several snapshot apps in the market to see if you get any to work without root access. Also if you want another practical way to check pictures on your computer without pluging your phone to usb. Just use dropbox on your device and pc. Upload pic as soon as you take screenshot to dropbox and see in your pc in seconds Thats what i do with xperia arc.
