Cincinnati Bell now selling Behold 2

They just started selling it today, for $130 after 2 year agreement, rebate etc. I just went to their store and looked at it, confirmed that the demo unit (which had a broken screen) was running 1.6.

They say no handset has a promised migration to 2.2 except Nexus One. Nothing changed from Samsung regarding future updates right? This did seem to be running the stock UI.
