Sandboxing all apps - Nexus 5 - Modding for complete control

Hello there,

I want to get complete control over what apps access on a nexus 5. I am happy to mod it to anything that provides the following:

1) Sandboxing of apps (complete isolation from all parts)
2) Complete control over permissions (including mocking / removal of permissions)

I know this sounds as being paranoid but as a researcher I see an increasing amount of unnecessary permissions being required for all apps and a general dismissal of identifying the reasons for this. I am therefore trying to see what the options are and what it is still missing.
