Has the Samsung Security Flaw been fixed on the Find My Mobile app?

Samsung Security Flaw - Find My Mobile

Today I read on another site about a security flaw affecting the find my mobile functionality on all Samsung devices, btw I haven't seen any news on Androidcentral yet. This issues gives an attacker the power to: know your location, remote wipe your device without your consent among its biggest threats.

This morning my mobile applied an OS security update. How do I know if this update will fix the vulnerability?

Sony got hit too but not the same way. Chinese government inserted spyware into the China based servers Sony uses for their own version of this Samsung feature
