Is my phone hacked?

My girlfriend has two numbers, in recent time when she used to call me from her primary number she started getting ringtone, and when calling from secondary number there was no ringtone. Now suddenly she here's the ringtone from whichever number she calls from.

I never have kept any ringtone to my phone. Is it possible that someone has hacked my phone and able to listen my conversation? Please give me solution if so. Need help.

Sounds like the phone started recognizing they're the same contact and applied the same ringtone to both numbers. Not a sign of being hacked.
