Can anyone tell me best antivirus with anti-theft technology for my android device .

I wouldn't bother with Antivirus. Simply not worth it unless you're always installing things from illegitimate sources. In which case, stop.

Google has their own "find my phone" features already built in.

And actually, if you just go to google.com and type in "find my phone" in the search, it will ask you to sign into your google account that you used on your phone, and find it, that simple...

As per your suggestion ,
we find our mobile in this feature easily . But I don't want only anti theft feature.
I want antivirus which have scanning feature and many more .
Combination of all , Hence i will protect my device from everywhere .

That's fair. But you're not going to find much love of Antivirus programs around here. They simply use much more resources than they're worth. On top of that, Google scans the playstore so you don't have to. If you're looking to download apps from illegitimate sources, the Antivirus programs likely won't offer much protection against the biggest threat, apps sending your information home.
