Default Unlocking a samsung brick/flip phone?

My friend is going to south america and needs to unlock her AT&T samsung SGH-a107 (non-android) so it works with other GSM carriers down there. Any idea how to go about this? I haven't been able to find any relevant threads on here about it, which doesn't surprise me, considering its a brick phone, and not an android.

I figured you could simply slip a different SIM in there and wah lah, but she's claiming that AT&T said its not as simple as that.

Hopefully someone with good coding experience can help me out... I'm too spooked to search for a fix elsewhere because I've had rough experiences in the past... actual "bricked" phones... not fun

If you know of a quick fix or a hidden thread somewhere on here that gives some tips, please let me know - I've never tried unlocking any phone (only JB), let alone a non-android/iOS...

    Thanks in advance-

Hi.. By using unlock codes you can unlock your friend's samsung SGH-A107 and you can get code from the provider Mobileunlocksolutions.com at affordable cost.. Your friend need to unlock her mobile means she have to provide her mobile's correct IMEI number. Because unlock code will be generate from mobile IMEI number. So IMEI number is important to unlock mobile. And you no need to worry about this site. Because i had experience with this provider. After unlock your mobile you can use it to any network. I hope this information will be helpful for you.
