    Default Notifications "feature"

Under current Android Wear design, you have to have App Notifications On and Sound or Vibrate On in order to get a notification sent to the watch. In Gmail, for example, I have Notifications on, but Sound and Vibrate off because I don't want to disturb others. This still gets me the notification in the Notifications Tray, through the Dynamic Notifications app, and on my Sony Smartwatch 2. I have asked Google to send the notification if app notification is on, whether or not sound or Vibrate is on. I sent my LG G back due to inadequate vibration imho, and I won't buy another Android Wear without this change.

In the Android Wear app, you can choose to only alert the watch. This turns off sound for the phone.
