Does Android Wear Remind You To Get Moving?

I am currently trying to decide on which watch/band is good for me. I've used the Band and now the Band 2 and it works well with Android. In fact, the Band 2 may be the best middle ground for fitness and notifications.

Since I've moved to Android, I've decided to try out a few other watches before I decide.

I liked the Gear S2 but it seemed like it would be limited over time. It had good notifications and I liked that it told me to get up and walk.

I returned it and am trying an LG Watch Urbane since it was $100 of at Best Buy this weekend. I think I like Android Wear better but wondering about the fitness side of the OS. It did tell me late in the day how much activity I had but never reminded me to get moving. Does it have this option?

This isn't a deal breaker since my Band 2 never had it but it is nice to have. Side note...twice, my Band/Band 2 has caused some major skin irritation, both over and under wrist, and seem to be either from the metal or the light sensors. That also plays a factor.

Thanks!

Android Wear does not have a notification to "get moving" (as far as I know). But there are many watch faces that are pre-installed (depending on which watch you get) that list your daily steps on the face, or you can get watch faces from Google Play with this same feature.
The best ones that let you set up a face with your steps are:
Watchmaker Pro: https://forums.androidcentral.com/e...lide.watchFrenzy.premium&hl=en&token=mBTOuwX0
Pujie: https://forums.androidcentral.com/e...jie.wristwear.pujieblack&hl=en&token=KrLUnNWi

And all integrate with the Fit app that is pre-installed.

Thank you for this...checking out Watchmaker Pro Now.

And like I said, it isn't a show stopper if it doesn't remind me to get off my **** but it is a nice feature...at least the watch will show me automatically where I lack in my activities for the day.
