Where did the Android Central app go?

By now many of you have noticed that the official Android Central Application by Notice Software is not in the Android Market. Here's why, as explained by the developer.

As many of you are aware, your Android app is no longer available in the Google Android Market. Late Sunday night our Marketplace account was suspended without warning and all apps were pulled from the market.

The account was suspended, we believe, because 4-5 apps had logos that violated trademarks. We have been attempting to resolve this with Google, but Android Market Support has been completely unresponsive.

We are continuing to attempt a dialogue and as soon as we know anything, we will communicate it to you.

If you'd like to check with Google about the status of your app, and when it might be available again, we recommend contacting the following:
Roman Nurik, Android Developer Advocate -- romannurik@google.com
Android Market Support -- android-market-support@google.com

Thanks,
Wayne and your Notice Software Team

We'll letcha know more when we know more. Note that our old widget (which isn't actually supported anymore) is still in the Market.

We could just make the apk available, but you won't be able to get updates for it later, which is why we haven't done so yet. If there's a mass of requests, we could revisit that.

Well this explains why I wasn't able to find it on my nook color after I got CM7 up and running on it.

Can't you just post a link to the APK in the mean time? This is my first and only Android community, and an App to use would be great.
