Ever since the new HTC One forum launched yesterday, I run into these errors pretty frequently.

When trying to open the HTC One forum, I get an error message that says the forum does not exist. I go back to the main forums page and the HTC One forum is missing. This can go on for a minute or so until it eventually reappears.

Probably related to #1. When trying to open a thread in the HTC One forum, I get an error message that says I do not have permission to access the thread. Again, this can last for a minute or so.

Any ideas what may be causing this? It's very frustrating...

Update: The tech team is saying a lot of things that make absolutely no sense to me. That is a good sign.
