Jerry, I have had my S5 for a little over 2 years. It was the first "smart phone" I have owned replacing and old LG Flip Phone. Yup, I am that guy. Although I am certainly hooked on the Android OS and the capabilities I have with the S5, I still feel like I am working with a piece of toast! What would be the best, smaller form factor android based phone you could recommend as a replacement?
Thanks!

It should not be toasty!

Size and weight? Or just heat?

Almost tiny like - but not saying iOS iPhone - the 5SE at 4" ?

My Huawei is large but never ever toasty. Yet weighs in ~188 and 6" it uses all if that to achieve 5.9" screen while being close to iPhone 6S Plus.

My BLU HAD R1 is small light etc but too under powered while 137 gr.

Poorly performing battery, a case that is preventing phone from cooling... My Mate 9 has 4000 battery yet after first hard day never breaks a sweat.
A large engine doesn't have to work as hard to climb a hill, or run a smart phone.

Xperia X compact 4.6 inches (Z5 compact is cheaper but runs a little slow because it has older specs)
Moto G3 but it's not really small at 5 inches.

Choices for smaller phones absolutely sucks. :(
