I am having problems loading & retaining music files onto our S3 minis. The music is stored on the PC in i-Tunes in aac format. I copy the songs into a desktop folder so as to facilitate the operation using Kies-lite. The songs now show up in MPEG-4 or m4a format for some reason. Does music player support this format ?? I seem to be able to transfer the songs onto the phone & create playlists etc. but more often than not, when I do a second transfer (more songs) some of the original ones get deleted! Also, after an apparently successful import, the next day most of the music had disapeared. I have 2 S3-minis & each has a different SD card. The problem occurs using internal or external memory. Is there a fix for these problems-it is Soooooo--- frustrating!
