Input Chinese characters in Galaxy S4

How to input Chinese characters in Galaxy S4 and to switch between Chinese and English keyboard input

With the stock S4 keypad, firstly go into settings -> device (tab) and find language and input.

From there, follow the screenshot below to add and download a language pack.

Be sure to tick the box and reboot phone for it to take affect.
