Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini - apps to SD Card..can it be done?

Hello

I don't know much about phones so excuse my ignorance!

I'm looking at possibly getting the Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini but the main Samsung site tells me that you cannot move apps to the external SD card (I would put one in) - you can only move music and videos

I cant see why this would be a move forward for a phone as my old Galaxy Ace lets me do this and its 2 years old

I was asking this on another site and someone said they have the S4 Mini and they move apps (like Angry birds and whatever) to their SD card and it's not been rooted or anything like that

I'm confused now - the Samsung site says you cannot do this - someone with the phone says you can

Any definitive answers??

Certain apps can be moved to sd, but not all. Samsung might be trying to avoid confusion and just saying all apps can't be moved to sd.
