System update on rooted HTC One m7

I have a system update waiting on my phone, about half an hour ago i tried updating but i had the twrp manager pop up. After backing up i got a bit worried about doing anything else so i shut down the phone. After restarting the phone again, it got stuck in a loop for about 15 mins. Now that's stopped, the update is back but i'm unsure what to do.

Can anyone help?

The update failed because you are rooted. The next time you get the notification to update, pull down the shade, longpress the notification. An app info button will come up, click that. Then uncheck notifications.
