Upgrade on VZW with business account

So, I've been searching around to try and figure out how to do this upgrade. Basically I am under my mom's business account (she is in charge of the account) but it has 20 or so other people besides my family. My account has an upgrade and I have UDP. I cannot use the best buy method to keep it because it is a business account. Can I transfer the upgrade to my mom who has 2gb activate it and then put the sim out of my gs4 in it and activate it again to keep it? Or what can I do besides pay full price for a phone? Thanks for any help/
