password problems with droid razrmax in paris

[AC Question]

I just landed in paris and I can't use any apps.. it keeps promting me to re-set my password and even though I have done so on my laptop, I am unable to do so with my mobile phone...help me please..

We are obviously way too late to answer this question in time for you. Would wonder if the issue was with the lockscreen password, or some other password.
