G5 Freeze and self adjusting volume

[AC Question]

G5 i week old keeps freezing up and forcing a cold start. I have the S view and not many apps but having followed the advice here still have the problem.Done a backup and intend to go back to samsung for a new S5. I love the phone but i must be the second most unlucky customer after two S4 and now one S5 in 18 months!

Yeah that sucks. I'd return it and tell them you have done a factory reset and all (make it sound good) and demand a new unit.
