How to cancel the ''Android is Upgrading"

[AC Question]

I'm facing the dialog "Android is upgrading Optimizing app 1 of 1" and it was loading from 7 to 8 hours and it automatically shutsdown with no reason.when i again boot i'm facing the same dialog

How to cancel or How to make it done

Device: Nexus 7

Welcome to Android Central! Do you have the 1st or 2nd generation N7? (The 1st gen doesn't have a rear-facing camera.)

I assume you just updated the system. Did you do it over-the-air, or did you download the image and sideload it yourself?

No it just upgraded by it self. I want to cancel or just go fwd could you please help
