Does Software Update of ICS, allow moving apps to sd card

Hello, I'm using Samsung Galaxy S Duos - ICS 4.0.4

Since it doesnt have the feature of moving apps to sd card, does Software Update help me to do that?
If i update the software, can i move the apps to sd card then?

Check to make sure your device is updated by going into the devices settings > about phone > software updates. If nothing is available then there's nothing you can do to make the feature available if the device doesn't already support it. Also, not all Apps support moving to the SD Card. Go to system settings > applications > app (select one) and check to see if the "move to sd card" option is available. If not, then you can't use that feature.
