My Samsung Galaxy s3 wont go past the samsung logo?

[AC Question]

This morning I woke up and saw my phone was frozen on the logo so I tried pulling the battery out and turning it back on and it still froze, so I then pulled it out again and connected it to my charger (again) and it froze showing battery was loading. It will not let me do anything with it and I don't know what else to do. Please help?

Turn your phone off. Now hold power + home + volume up. Scroll down to wipe cache partition and press the power button to select it.

Reboot
