    Default system memory too high?

    In storage I got this section of system memory and it's over 4 g!
    I have a brand new galaxy s4 active.. how can I fix it?

    Welcome to Android Central! Can you show us a screenshot so we can see what you mean? Are you talking about the Settings>Storage screen? Is there some System category that's taking up 4 GB? That's probably the OS.

    Yes, that's normal. It's the OS and probably some bloatware as well. Remember that whenever a device is advertised as having a certain amount of internal storage, some portion of it will be dedicated to the OS. So the actual storage available to you will always be less than the advertised total storage.
