GS5 causing mysterious "Junk Folder" with Outlook
My company turned off my GS5-Outlook sync because of an incident: a creation of a mysterious “Junk Folder”; not to be confused with the ‘Junk E-Mail” folder. Apparently this unfriendly folder was snatching emails coming into the Inbox after a few seconds of being received. After several troubleshooting steps and assistance from our email service provider, they asked the question if the user had the email account synced to a GS5? As soon as active sync was removed the issue stopped. Is this a known issue? When will it be resolved or how can I resolve this? I need the ability to sync my GS5 with Outlook.

I would guess a bug in the app. Since this is an older thread, has there been an update to address this?
