I have a 16gig Nexus 4 who's screen i managed to crack just enough that while i can enter the pass code, i can't press enter; only lower 1 inch is not working. I have not rooted the device, nor do I recall enabling USB debugging.
Since it is locked, connecting to laptop with USB cable doesnt let me browse through my data to make a copy. Everywhere i read, I get the answer as I need to root it, but I don't suppose I can do it in the current situation. Anyone has any other idea?
I also came across a post where the user apparently managed to use his nexus with a bluetooth mouse
