Kitkat update added new permission for call forwarding. My Verizon rep could not help with this.
The problem: dial *72(number) and permission pops up to manually toggle calls before calls can be forward. Now I like app "smart call forward" which use home wifi signal to automatically forward cell phone call to home cordless phones. This app preformed well before update and now cant do its job because of the new permission that needs a physical touch to toggle call forwarding on.
My phone is: Motorola Razor Max HD.
