I rooted my phone about 4 months ago with no plan on it and up until this last weekend I had no issues with it. Out of no where, hands free
activation started to pop up and every time I canceled out of it a few seconds would pass and the phone would reboot and start over again. The only thing that stopped it from rebooting would be me factory resetting it but if the phone turned off or rebooted the app would pop up again and shut the phone off. I've tried multiple times to rename or uninstalling the .apks associated with it but the files wouldn't go away. I some how screwed up and now I can't get past the htc boot screen. I able get into my bootloader and clockwork mod and I've tried to restore firmware but with no luck.
This is also above CWM when I select reboot system
Root Access Possibly Lost Fix?
THIS CANNOT BE UNDONE

1. YES fix root (/system/xbin/su)

2. NO do not fix
I didn't have this option until I had the issue with not getting past the htc boot screen and neither of these options do anything.

Any suggestions would be great and thanks in advance!
Here's a screen grab of my bootloader if that helps any

Thanks for the suggestion but still no luck. I've tried to install the ROM for my phone but I keep on getting errors no matter what version I use. I'm able to get into bootloader and recovery but I don't think I can use adb since I can't turn debugging on my phone. I'm not entirely sure sure what I'm doing so I could be making mistakes, do you know of any tutorial that would work with my circumstances?

These are my specs

Make sure you have the most up to date recovery. I recommend switching to TWRP to see if that helps.
