Galaxy S3 out going call

[AC Question]

Why does a call goes out of my Samsung Galaxy S3 automatically and doesn't find the same in the call history?
How can I rectify it?

Have you change the call settings?

You can also make sure you selected "All calls" at the call logs. See picture.
