Downloaded to ringtone maker apps and can't find the track to edit

[AC Question]

So I purchased a song on my iTunes account and transferred it to my Galaxy S5. I downloaded 2 apps, Ringtone Maker by Mobile17 Digital and Ringtone Maker by Big Bang Inc. When I open the app the track from iTunes that I transferred does not show up on a list of tracks that I can edit. What am I missing?

Welcome to Android Central! Do you know where the track is on the phone? That is, can you locate it easily using a file manager?

Also, are you sure the app is compatible with iTunes AAC (m4a) files?
