Transferring Data Apps Programs between Android tablets

Hi!

I just replaced a D2-912 android tab with a new Galaxy 4 Tab

How is it possible to transfer (paid) apps to the new one?
I have one in particular I had downloaded from a torrent site and I cannot find it any more. I'd have to pay again to reinstall it in the new tablet but I wonder if and how I can simply transfer it from the old one. Usually the android exe files are of the .apk type. I was thinking of retrieving the apk file from the old tablet and transfer it, but I cannot even find it. I looked in the internal system drive and in the external SD card as well. It has got to be somewhere. Any help?

Sorry, but we prefer not to discuss installing apps from torrent sites, as they are most likely pirated versions of paid apps.

Any app you purchased on Google Play can be reinstalled on a new device, as long as it is logged into the same Google account, and as long as the app is compatible with that device.
