    Default Google play music won't play on moto x

    When I am on the Google play music app in try to click on a song or album that I have downloaded onto my moto x but I get no response. I've tried using Ok Google now and using instant mixes but I can't play any music.

    How did you download the music? Was it directly from Google Play Music, or from some other app, service, or website?

    i have a moto g and always have to reset my phone. google play music is so buggy. always stops working. i only use it on one device.

    Do you have the music downloaded to your phone or the SD card?
