Well, there are two things first is you haven't mentioned any information about your device and secondly what I am going to suggest you is try going to the application manager>select the camera application> clear its cache and data store. Now again try opening the camera application it should start working fine. But If you still feel that camera is not working then think for a time and remove any recent application you have installed which is interfering with the normal working of the camera i.e. start removing all the third party camera apps. Next if that still doesn't helps its recommended first to perform a soft reset and then to full factory resetting your device. But if again you encounter some issue I am afrid but you may need to walk towards the nearest store for fixing it up !!
