Lose Internet whenever I receive or make a call / random

[AC Question]

Hi there,
Whenever I receive/make a call, I lose LTE/4G service. This happens randomly sometimes, as well.

Any thoughts?

I have a Note 3 from Rogers.

The reason you lose the LTE/4G logo is because your phone is using a voice network during the phone calls. It should switch back a few seconds after you end the call.

It usually takes a minute or two and I have to force it into Airplane Mode in order to refresh it. I used to be able to use Internet while talking on phone.

If your network and/or that phone do not support simultaneous voice and data, then its normal. I have Sprint, I had a Galaxy S3 and used to have data while talking. Now on my Nexus 5, I can't....
