Samsung S4 cover issue

[AC Question]

I have a cover which used to allow me to close the cover over my phone and then if I were to use my phone a short time later (up to 5 minutes later) it would open without needing the password. But recently I downloaded the newest Samsung update and now this doesn't work anymore. I have to reenter my password everytime I close the cover, even if I open it up again 10 seconds later. I have tried everything that came to my mind to fix this, but thus far I have been unable to do so.
Any help on this matter would be much appreciated.

Go to Settings>Security, and look for a screen lock setting there. There ought to be something about locking the screen immediately vs waiting a certain amount of time.
