UK note 3 n9005 rooting

Hey, i would like to root my note 3 to get rid of touchwiz and us a different OS but i was wondering if i could still use the samsung apps such as sketchbook and group play as i actually do use them. I was also wondering if i can still use the s pen and its features e.g. bringing up the pen window and using action memo etc

If you get rid of TouchWiz, you lose the ability to use any Samsung signed app/feature. This would include the S Pen.
