    Default Galaxy gear no os

In my galaxy gear when i wanted to unroot, in twrp i had mistakenly deleted the os. Now in my gear it is stuck in the screen "Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in kies and try again". However when i tried in kies it says while connecting "device is not responding". I'm a newbie so please help me out step by step.
Now even twrp is not working. i cant gen into recovery or download mode still stuck in the screen "Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in kies and try again".
    Please Help Me Out!!!

If you can find the stock ROM file, you might be able to flash it with a PC program called Odin.
