VZ Navigator Help

I currently have the Casio GzOne Commando 4G LTE and my battery life is a 48% and the VZ Navigator has used 20%. I have the app disabled and I force quit it also a few days ago so i dont understand why it is still using battery life. My GPS is completely off and the only time i turn it on is when i use google maps which is what i use for navigation. But i have not used it in about a week. Please help this is very annoying!!
