note 3 burning hot

I woke up to my note 3 being very hot I mean 180 degrees literally I checked the heat is only coming from the sim card area I factory rest and it didn't do a thing the battery is acting normal nice and cold but the sum card slot is soo hot I could put a dab of water and it would evaporate on top of the sim card itself anyone else experienced this before and how do you fix it

How's the cell signal? If it's really weak, sometimes a phone will get hot while it works harder to latch on to the signal. But overall, that's pretty abnormal behavior. You may want to contact Samsung if you're still under warranty.
