Samsung Galaxy S 3 - VBR and CBR video
This one is going to be a stumper.
Most smart phones record video in VBR, (Variable Bit Rate), which saves memory space.
You cannot edit VBR in any major video editing suite. This includes Adobe Premiere, Lightworks and other prominent applications.
Reason why? The audio disconnects from the video after a few seconds or minutes. The mouth moves, and the audio follows, and it is very annoying.
How may I force my Samsung Galaxy S 3 to record at a Constant Bit Rate? I am not concerned about the memory it takes up, I'm concerned that any video I take cannot be edited. I can't even make a small youtube skit. The video output is spectacular HD, but completely unusable.
Great minds out there in the forums. Help me, and I would be grateful.
