AC Question

I am using Samsung GT-S5830. It has android version 2.3.6 and build number - GINGERBREAD.DDKQ8. It vibrates whenever I press an item (file in SD card, message etc.) for long time to open up the context menu. But, I did not fine any option to stop that vibration in settings area.
Please help me. I don't want to decay my battery just to open context menus. Thanks in advance.

Welcome to Android Central! Is the phone rooted or unrooted?

Can you find a setting in Settings>Sound for "Vibrate on touch"?

Nope, My phone is not rooted. I just changed my motherboard, as it was malfunctioning. Current baseboard number is - S5830DDKQ8. After that, I am unable to stop that vibration. I once did it, when I bought the phone.
There is no such option in Settings -> Stop vibration on selection/touch. The options available there are - "Audible touch tones", "Audible selection" and "Screen lock sounds" under Sound>Feedback section.
Thanks.
