Phone Charging Incorrectly

[AC Question]

Hey all,

Phone is not charging correctly after plugging into wall. Getting screen saying it is fully charged when it isn't. Phone does not turn on.
Only Charges correctly into computer. Tried other wall chargers of same type with no luck. Do I need a Samsung charger for this to work?

What is the phone and do you have the correct charger for it? How old is the phone and how much use has the battery had?
